VGD elected Great Place To Work 2019

During an award ceremony yesterday evening VGD received the coveted Great Place To Work 2019 certificate.

This label is the merit of all our employees, who give their best for VGD day in and day out! Through their daily efforts, we as an organization have been able to grow into the knowledge partner of the entrepreneur. We are therefore strongly committed to inspiring and motivating our consultants so that they can pass on their passion for growth to our customers.

The Great Place to Work® Institute, with Vlerick Business School as its official partner, is an international research, consulting and training institute whose mission is to help companies create and sustain good workplaces by developing a corporate culture based on trust. Great Place To Work® annually recognizes leading organizations in more than 45 countries worldwide through the publication of its Best Workplaces lists. This is done through both an anonymous employee satisfaction survey and an audit of HR policies.

The vast majority of VGD personnel participated in the survey and provided valuable input to reinforce the positive evolution within VGD. This survey showed a particular appreciation for the culture of flexibility, autonomy, learning and growth opportunities that VGD offers. The review of the HR policy also provided valuable insights to further build our culture of growth, involvement and cooperation.

Or as our HR manager, Yolande Kuppens, puts it: "The goal must be that everyone comes to work with enthusiasm. When you combine enthusiasm with talent, you automatically get a success story!"

We are very proud of this Great Place to Work® in recognition of the hard work that has been done in recent years to make VGD a fun, fun place where there is room for personal growth and development!
